CLASS DESCRIPTION: Our early childhood music class, FSM Little Jammers, is a great way to nurture your child’s enthusiasm for music in a fun, relaxed environment. Little ones sing, dance, laugh, and play along with pint-sized instruments, gaining hands-on experience with music fundamentals such as rhythm, tempo, melody, harmony, dynamics, and more. This class is designed for babies through age 5 with the participation of a parent or caregiver. BILLING INFO: The annual registration fee ($45) is charged automatically by our portal upon registration, however for all Little Jammers students, we will credit this fee to your account and apply it towards your second month’s tuition payment. WITHDRAWING: you may withdraw from the program anytime during the year. Simply log into your account and cancel your enrollment before the 1st of the month. There are no refunds/credits for missed classes. MONTHLY RATES: Monthly tuition rates vary based on the number of Monday classes per month. Little Jammers tuition for one child is as follows for 2024-2025: Oct, Nov, Jan, Apr, Jul: $116 (4 classes) | Dec, Feb, May, Aug: $87 (3 classes) | March & June: $145 (5 classes) SIBLING DISCOUNTS: available for the Little Jammers program only. One child: $29/class | 2nd child: $18/class | 3rd child: $13/class. Please email us at info@fsmusic.org to register additional siblings so we can apply the discount for you.

Steve E

Steve is an accomplished musician, music teacher, songwriter, and recording engineer. He earned his bachelor's degree in classical guitar, although he is skilled in all genres of music and performs regularly with various area rock bands, including The Occasionals and The Adult Swim Band. In 2008, Steve released a CD of original music titled Something for Everyone, under the band name "Steve and the Enablers." 

Although guitar is his primary instrument, Steve plays and teaches a number of instruments, including ukulele, mandolin, electric bass, piano, and voice. He is also a Certified Music Together teacher and has taught the program to hundreds of young children for over 20 years.

In addition to his extensive teaching and performing credentials, Steve is a recording engineer of classical music and has contributed to over 250 recordings, including the 1999 Grammy award winning, HornSmoke. He resides in Fairfield and is the proud father of two beautiful children, Leah & Kyle.
